Hot Dip galvanized steel. End fittings are Quenched and Tempered, bodies heat treated by normalizing. Forged jaw ends are fitted with bolts and nuts for 5/8" and pins and cotters on 3/4" sizes.

Our Turnbuckles are constructed of high quality hot galvanized, drop forged steel. Domestic or Imported. Great for cable zip lines, low ropes elements, back yard zip line, portable ropes course elements.

5/8" SWL with Eye or Jaw = 3,500 lbs. With Hook = 2,250 lbs
3/4" SWL with Eye or Jaw = 5,200 lbs. With Hook = 3,200 lbs
1" SWL with Eye or Jaw = 8,500 lbs. With Hook = 5,000 lbs
TURNBUCKLES RECOMMENDED FOR STRAIGHT OR IN-LINE PULL ONLY. TURN BUCKLES MUST BE BACKED UP IN LIFE SUPPORT APPLICATIONS.
Modified UNJ thread on end fittings for improved fatigue properties. Body has UNC threads.
