Lock Washers- Double Coil & Single Coil Lock Washers

Lock washers are a critical component to through bolts on wood poles. Pole shrinkage mandates the use of double coil lock washers to keep pressure on the nut and bolt to prevent loosening. Our double coil and single coil lock washers are hot dipped galvanized. Our Eye Bolts are drop forged steel, machine threaded, heat treated after forging. Eye Bolts are threaded National Course before galvanizing and assembled with hex nuts tapped oversize.

Nut Eye bolts are the backbone of ropes challenge course and zip line construction. Cables are terminated to the eye bolt around a thimble to prevent cable deformation at the turnback. Eye bolts should always be backed up by wrapping a separate piece of cable around whatever the bolt is going through. Eye bolts have been known to have manufacturing defects that cannot be detected by visual inspection.
