Robertson Rope Belay Spool
This manual rescue belay can be used as a self belay or with a belayer. The side plates and drum are made from heat treated 6061 T6 Aluminum while the two stainless steel pins keep the rope seperated as it is reaved around the drum. Drum is Aircraft Hard Anodized for extended wear which cost more but makes for a superior product.

Black Drum - This manual rescue belay can be used as a self belay or with a belayer. Designed strictly as a belay device it requires the operator to maintain control of the tail end of the rope at all times.
With three wraps around the drum this device allows a 600 lb. load to be caught with a single hand and held in place with 60 lbs. of pull.
Breaking strength 11,000 lbs.
Exceeds A.N.S.I., OSHA, and NFPA class G standards

Steel Drum - This manual rescue belay can be used as a self belay or with a belayer. The side plates are made from heat treated 6061 T6 Aluminum. The drum is made from a solid bar of stainless. The two stainless steel pins keep the rope seperated as it is reaved around the drum. Designed strictly as a belay device it requires the operator to maintain control of the tail end of the rope at all times.
With three wraps around the drum this device allows a 600 lb. load to be caught with a single hand and held in place with 60 lbs. of pull.
