Trapeze Bars

Trapeze bar designed for use on ropes challenge courses: leap of faith. Our Trapeze Bar is made from 1-1/2" solid high density PVC. The threaded ends of the bolts are cut off and peened over for safety. This comes with or without custom swaged cable hangers. This strong leap bar will handle all your trapeze leap events,

Swaged cable hangers assure safety for participant pamper pole jumps. Cable hangers are custom length designed for trapeze leap ropes course activity. Standard length of cable hangers is 36". You can specify any length up to 60" without any additonal costs. 

Installation as a swing: You will need to use S-hooks or shackles from the trapeze bar to the cable/chain and then S-hooks or shackles from the chain to the swing mounts. Mounts need to be spaced 2 ft from the end of the set and 2 ft a part for each swing. Make sure any S-hooks are closed to within .04 to meet ASTM safety standards. To do this you will need to use our S-hook pliers or a regular pair of channel lock pliers.

WARNING: Once the S-hooks have been opened they will have to be replaced to avoid injuries from coming open and/or breaking. Make sure that if you are using shackles they are also tightened.

When buying custom lengths please specify length in box. If no length is specified the product will not ship.
