By incorporating a rigid stem on this belay/rappel device, climbers go from full lock-off to whipping out rope in a single, smooth action. No more binding up as the device tries to free itself. The amount of friction can be easily adjusted to suit your particular need. Climbing with fat ropes, a skinny partner or on low-angle slabs? Belay with the U-Grooves and clip into the bottom hole of the XF Forge for less friction. For the ultimate control, wrap that skinny cord around the rigid stem and rappel, figure-8 style.

Removable climbing holds have been machined not to overlap the baseplate. Building this product is a complicated process using climbing holds intentionally designed for the baseplate and key. We recommend you purchase this fully assembled version.

If a climbing hold overlaps the baseplate, it will not meet commercial playground standards. Other products in the industry have their climbing holds overlapping the baseplate.

Once the base plate is attached to your wall, no tools are required to remove and reinstall the hold assembly. A removable climbing hold is ideal when your wall is not in use and you must prevent access to meet ACCT/CPSI standards.

To install, screw the baseplate to the wall, insert the key/climbing hold into the top of the slot and slide the climbing hold down to the bottom of the bracket.

• Plate dimensions are 4-3/4" at the widest x 6-1/2" tall.
• One rock climbing hold and bracket assembly included.
• This product comes fully assembled and includes attachment screws.
• Insert into the slot and slide down to lock in place.
• Slide up and lift out of the slot for easy removal.
• Ten different designs, which are all jugs.
• Large base plate to accommodate large holds and meet ASTM, ACCT, CPSI, and CSA standards.

These patented barrel springs reduce initial impact by stopping the rider more gradually than traditional springs.

Determining how many springs you will need is easy! Simply take the incoming speed of your rider and for each mph, you need that many springs. (e.g., a 20-MPH zipline needs 20 springs for a 230-lb zipliner).

All spring systems REQUIRE TESTING to the maximum anticipated speed and load as per ACCT. Can be completed with a minimum of 250 lb. weights, sandbags, or bagged rock salt.

These Zipline  Brakes install in minutes, NOT hours.

Made in the USA.

Each spring array includes a bumper at the beginning for trolley strikes.
